30ml Summerleas Distillery Navy Gin
30ml Summerleas Distillery Blackberry Gin
30ml Westerway Blackcurrant cordial
10ml fresh lemon juice
60ml soda water
Combine gins, blackcurrant cordial, lemon juice, and soda water. Serve chilled with a slice of fresh orange and a few frozen blueberries.
Blackberry Bramble
60ml Summerleas Distillery Blackberry Gin
30ml Simple Syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
60ml soda water
Combine gin, simple syrup, lemon juice, and top with soda water. Serve with some fresh blackberries.
Blackberry Martini
60 mL Summerleas Distillery Blackberry Gin
30 mL Dry Vermouth
Add ice, gin and Vermouth to a mixing glass. Still well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel for a twist or a fresh blackberry.

30ml Blackcurrant Cordial
90ml soda water
Ice
Wedge of fresh orange and frozen blueberries to garnish.
Add blackberry gin, cordial, soda water and ice to a glass and stir. Serve with frozen blueberries and an orange wedge for a festive summer drink.
