30 ml Summerleas Distillery Dry Gin
30 ml Bickfords Pink Grapefruit Cordial
90ml soda water over crushed ice
garnish with a few frozen blueberries
Summerleas Dry Gin Negroni
30 ml Summerleas Distillery Dry Gin
30 ml Campari
30 ml sweet Vermouth
garnish with orange peel
Stir gin, campari and sweet Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice and strain into glass with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
Gin & Tonic with a Twist
60mL Summerleas Distillery Dry Gin
15mL Fresh lime juice
Tonic water
Lime wedge
Fill a glass with ice and add gin and lime juice. Top with tonic water and garnish with a lime wedge.
Summerleas Raspberry Collins
45mL Summerleas Distillery Dry Gin
6 raspberries
2 teaspoons sugar
30mL Fresh lemon juice
Soda water
Fresh raspberries to garnish
Muddle raspberries and sugar in a glass. Add ice and stir in lemon juice and gin. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh raspberries. The perfect fruity and bubbly cocktail.
Dry Gin & Cucumber Cooler
45mL Summerleas Distillery Dry Gin
30mL Fresh lime juice
15mL Simple syrup
4 slices of cucumber
Soda water
In a shaker, muddle cucumber slices with gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
