Summerleas Distillery first began with an adventurous spirit and a passion for Gin.
Summerleas Distillery is a proudly Tasmanian distillery based in a valley between the foothills of kunanyi/Mt Wellington and Storm Bay in Southern Tasmania. Summerleas Gin is proudly and meticulously handcrafted by a 7th-generation Tasmanian family.
We use the finest Tasmanian and International ingredients to produce a vibrant range of handcrafted, small-batch spirits – a traditional selection for discerning palates.
Summerleas Distillery use a one-shot distillation method to handcraft our small batch of award-winning London Dry gins.
We use state-of-the-art distillation equipment and are passionate about caring for the environment, we recycle, reuse and re-circulate ensuring nothing goes to waste. We have no need for any harsh chemicals or cleaning agents
